Présentation

One year after her Olympic title, the Frenchwoman placed fifth at the World Championships. These great performances allowed her to climb into the top 10 in the world in her discipline in 2017. Despite her unwavering determination Manon Petit Lenoir missed qualifying for the 2018 Winter Olympics following an accident that left her with several broken neck bones and a knee injury.

These difficult moments made her reflect on her career that was taking off. Helped by her coach she kept her head up which allowed her to move forward and seven months later she was back on her board. For her comeback, the snowboarder dislocated the shoulder already weakened during her big injury of 2018. She had to make a cross on her 2019-2020 season. Finally recovered from her injuries, her momentum was again stopped by the confinement.

Thanks to her status the high-level sportswoman Manon follows her studies in marketing techniques with an adjusted rhythm. It is important for her to continue her studies in spite of her wish to be 100% in the snow for the moment. She can currently live from her passion thanks to the results bonuses but also thanks to the sponsors who help to finance her season. Manon Petit-Lenoir has many thanks to her exemplary management of her social networks.

After a very bad fall I had to be immobilized for months. Devastated, I didn't know if I would ever be able to get back on a board, let alone compete again.
Through training, encouragement and unfailing support I managed to overcome these trials.
